Upper Darby, PA, just outside Philadelphia this was a hot new venue for RatDog. OK the venue is not new but it was new to us! This place sounds great and when you put RatDog in there it sounds really great!
I had a very good time at this show. I mean, any show that opens with Truckin’… a great song to start a show with as it sets the perfect stage for our journey. Loose Lucy kept us rockin’ and twistin’ throwing the crowd into a spin. Our epic for the night was Lost Sailor > Saint of Circumstance, I let it flow over me and soaked it in like a sponge. Before I knew it, it was break time and there was just enough time to catch my breath. Set two invited us to sing, You win again, Jack-a-Roe and a resounding version of Mississippi Half Step, very cool. Stella Blue was my highlight for the second set, very smooth, very blue. Finally we just about tore this old building down with our Sunday service hymn Samson and Delilah. I really enjoyed this show, like I said at the beginning… You had me at Truckin’.
An awesome Sunday night show, what a way to start the week!
why are these shos $5 more than any other show on nugs?
Not worth it in my opinion....archive.org/audio has most Ratdog shows in Aud recordings if you are patient
