Camp Bisco: Day Two
What? Five cover versions on one Disco Biscuits show. Granted I applaud the Grateful Dead covers, but the Hal & Oats and Pink Floyd cuts really drag this show down. One of the things I've always liked about tDB is they were a jam band that rarely did covers...so much for that. However if you can get past that, then there is some great stuff on this show. A smokin 14 minute version of "Morph Dusseldorf", plus favorites like "House Dog Party Favor" and "Above the Waves". The band sound great...they just need to come up with some new original material as the covers are not the way to go.
