Reviews for The Disco Biscuits: 7/18/2015 Camp Bisco 13, Scranton, PA

The entire first set was mind blowing. Voices, Pilin, and astronaut was fire. Ball>Abyss>Tempest>Knights was fucking insane. And the crickets>cyclone>crickets was fresh tit milk as well. All 3 segments are things I would recommend to any fan, old or new

The ending of Voices is INSANE

Camp Bisco: Day Three.
They saved the best for last. Three sets, each approximately 70 minutes each performed throughout the final day of Camp Bisco. Each one a gem, and as a whole I'm putting a bet in for best show of 2015. While the band haven't performed any new original material in eons, and pretty well dropped off the touring circuit, they still put their heart and souls into making each live performance something to behold. Oldies like "Voices Insane" and "Spacebirdmatingcall" are jazzed up with fresh jams and some very mind bending vocal manipulations. Drummer Allen Aucoin gets to show off his drum 'n bass skills on "Pilin' It Higher", and even the two cover versions are something to behold. I've played this about 4 times and at 3 1/2 hours you can see I put the time in. Time well spent.

Poor recordings. The amount of static on this show is unacceptable and should not be for sale. The other 2 nights of this Camp Bisco run are great, however.
