Jimmy the Cop (10/10/2009 5:54:52 AM)
This show is GREAT!! The 2004 Dead are much better than the 2009 version. See ( or hear ) for yourself. Jimmy Herring and Warren Haynes give this band a 1-2 punch on lead guitar. Definitely worth listening to.
Too bad the 2004 and 2003 shows aren't available for DL. The band is missing an opportunity to sell some recordings and the fans are missing a chance to hear some good shows. Oh well! Maybe next year.
Best Wishes-Jimmy

hands down best set ever. they were delayed for about an hour and a half because of the rain and nobody left. during the delay they were playing music and come together by the beatles came on and the entire crowd sang it then the dead came out right after the song with Tennessee Jed. i still get goosebumps and was privledged to experience that

This stilll stands as the best show I've ever witnessed!! Every amazing concert I've seen since then has fallen short of this one! Morning Dew was the highlight of the night for me. Help on the Way>Slipknot>Franklin's Tower was incredible. I enjoyed Self Defense too, which was a new one for me at the time. The Boys with Warren and Jimmy-what else can you say?!
