Reviews for The String Cheese Incident: 7/6/2002 Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Morrison, CO

I remember sitting at the very top of Red rocks talking to Billy for 45 mins before people started recognizing him. No pressure. Just a few of us and his family talking about the tour going back to the start. The band felt the same as we did about how it was going. Good times!

I've seen them 50+ times, and this first set is probably my favorite of all. Sadly you can't just buy the MP3's.

This is a very solid show as I was there. If you are looking for a different slant on Shantytown, this is it. Billy was on pedal steel for the solo in the middle. Also, the entire second set rocks. Nice first set too with an Eat My Dust!

what a good show, i bought the cd online and wow
i love Shantytown, and This must be the place, and there is robert randolph who just jams out on Hotel Window, and Sitting On top of the world, which is a good vibe all the way long.
i give it a good B+, and its in CO so what else could you ask for

Don`t stop till you get enough the first night and Tom Sawyer the 2nd night...unbelieveable. I think the first time they were at Red rocks they played Roundabout. Rock Rocks brings out the best in the cheese that is for sure. The Land`s End was amazing! The crowd had so much energy as well as the band. Then when they turned on the lasers I was nearly flipped out. Even listening back to this on disc is almost as good as being there.
