The ending of the first Save the Robots was pure Allen, what incredible drumming. They could have left out Aquatic Ape, though. ;) Caves of the East, Mindless Dribble, Shem-Rah Boo, Helicopters all had great jams. But for me, 3rd set Spraypaint / Cyclone / Spraypaint was the shit. The Cyclone jam was just mind blowing, and the big melodic guitar ending Spraypaint was just a great way to end the show (save the encor).
